  • An image file of your valid passport (Identification page)
  • A brief biography in Japanese or English (in Word, Text or PDF format)
  • A recommendation letter from your current instructor, or a photo of school/institution certificate showing your student status (Submission is optional for participants in Chopinist categories who are not current students.)

  2. that all rights relating to audio/visual recording, broadcasting, publishing, and all sorts of distribution and sale of any performances during this competition shall belong to the organizer;
  3. that all the information submitted in this application is true;
  4. that I will inform the organizer in the case of a change of email address;
  5. that I will use Pay.jp for this transaction;
  6. that any legal disputes will be settled at the Tokyo Local District Court.
